Finally my house has that sweet smell of coffee.. I have been against it for a while but i finally have a Nespresso machine in our house but i haven't quite purchased one. I have borrowed my bro's one as i feel i still need to warm to the idea. I have been umming and ahhing about it for a while because i do enjoy walking to cafe's for my coffees. But i think now having that smell in the house all the time has definitely sold me! Read More

SCOOP - Day - 6 - 9
So over the weekend there was a bit of a rush to get out of the house so i didn't get a chance to update for day 6 but there wasn't anything to report anyways so it's all good.. I had Sunday off for mothers day which was great and then came back for an uneventful Monday grind.. Read More
SCOOP - DAY 5
Firstly i just want to start by talking about my man crush on Karl Stefanovic. He has to be, in my opinion, one of the funniest guys on TV talk shows. For some reason i find everything he says to be hilarious and everyday when i play online i have the Today show running in the background. If anyone else has been watching it this past week his impression of Seal from The Voice is hilarious and for some reason Karl kept on doing it lol. Read More
SCOOP - DAY 4
The sound of the waves are nice. The sand feels soft and warming on my feet. I can hear children playing and surfers laughing. I stare into the distance only to see Sophia Vergara running in slow motion in a bikini towards me. Her hair was whipping from side to side and then suddenly she tripped and her bikini top was just about to... BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP... 1am "Argghh, time to get up and get back to the SCOOP grind!.." SCOOP - DAY 3
A pretty uneventful day today with the online grind. I shifted my sleeping schedule a little due to today's SCOOP event starting at 7am which was great because Laraine and I had tickets to see Ross Noble last night at The Enmore Theatre. He was amazing! I, shamefully, had never heard of him until last night but he definitely didn't disappoint! I highly recommend seeing him if you get the chance. Anyways here are the results from today's SCOOP event.. Read More
SCOOP - DAY 2
My body is starting to get used to the sleeping pattern. It was good to get up fresh at midnight and have plenty of time to prepare for the 1am event rather than snoozing my alarm 5 times and late registering for tourneys. So here are my results for today and below some comments on them. Read More
SCOOP - DAY 1
The highly anticipated SCOOP (Spring Championship of Online Poker) is finally here held on Pokerstars! To celebrate and show my love and dedication to doing well in this series i will be making a quick blog post for everyday that i play as a way for me to have closure on the day in order to move on to the next. It's very easy to get tilted from the previous day and start playing bad the next day or for the rest of the series. So i will have a quick recap of the day after each session.. So here's how day one panned out.. Read More
Razzle Dazzle..
Well my past week has been interesting. Life around the house has been very quiet as my girlfriend left for a 3 week trip to America with her friends and our roommate also just moved out. So at home it's just me and the dog livin' it up! All i have been up to is playing a little online, a little at the casino and doing a few coaching sessions which has been great. In terms of poker it's been a consistent week but pretty much close to a break even week. Read More
Easter break and the weeks coming up..
Firstly to talk about my Sydney ANZPT series it was pretty much a simple series of uneventful tourneys for me. I only played the opening event, main event and the high rollers. All of which i had no love in. But all's well as i have been doing well online to make up my tracks. I am looking forward to playing more at Star over the next few weeks as they have finally moved the poker room back down to the main floor where we can all breathe easily and not be jammed in that dungeon upstairs! What's Up!??
What can I say? I've been off the radar for a little heading into 2012 and that has been for a lot of reasons. Mainly because I've been lazy but more so because i have been really trying to focus on my year ahead and planning things so that ALL my life doesn't revolve around poker. I do apologise for those who are interested in my progress and the fact that i haven't been consistent with my blog posts. I will be doing my best to keep it more consistent this year even if the blog post is only one paragraph long. Read More
